Michigan (23-4) had a strong run to the Elite Eight. Their closest thing to a scare came in the second round when they led LSU by 5 points midway through the second half, but they quickly rebounded to take control. Michigan has had to figure out how to use everyone on their roster since losing senior forward Isaiah Livers to a stress fracture in the Big 10 Tournament. Since Livers fell, 7’1 freshman Hunter Dickinson took over, while second-year guard Franz Wagner helped lead the offense. Wagner comes off a 13-point performance with 10 rebounds and 5 assists against FSU in the Sweet 16.

Michigan enters the game as a 7-point favorite. The plus / minus is 136.
